EmployeeBee is an HR and workforce management platform. When you use our services, we may process information about account owners, administrators, employees, contractors, and job applicants.
In many cases, your employer or organization is the data controller, and EmployeeBee acts as a data processor on their behalf. For our own website, billing, marketing, and support operations, EmployeeBee may act as a data controller.
Where applicable under data protection law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, fulfill contractual obligations, and satisfy legal requirements. Retention periods vary by data type and customer configuration.
When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention and backup policies.
EmployeeBee applies technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and regular security reviews.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We continuously improve our controls, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing activities.
To make a request, email privacy@employeebee.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
If data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law, such as contractual protections and equivalent transfer mechanisms.
EmployeeBee is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
